Held on 20 May, the event was chaired by Dr John Collins, Executive Director of the LSE's International Drug Policy Unit (IDPU), and featured StopWatch Chief Executive Katrina Ffrench, LSE’s Associate Professor of the Department of Social Policy Dr Michael Shiner, Labour MP for Tottenham David Lammy, and David Tucker from the College of Policing. 

The report’s key findings and recommendations were debated by the panel, with lively and engaging participation from an audience of more than 300 attendees.
