StopWatch submission to the Home Office review of schedule 7

StopWatch recently submitted a response to the Home Office review of schedule 7 of the Terrorism Act (2000).

Schedule 7 of the Terrorism Act (2000) is the power which covers stops, searches and detentions at ports and airports. It is the widest ranging police power in operation although it is also the least regulated. StopWatch submitted a response to the Home Office review of this power (below).
